The Cresson Borough Council is accepting applications/resumes for a Full Time Licensed Sewage Treatment Plant Operator/Laborer 
Cresson Borough is seeking an experienced and qualified treatment plant operator/laborer having a valid/current Pennsylvania Class A or B with Sub-classification 1 (Activated Sludge) Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator License. Experience with wastewater collection systems including pump stations is also required. If the applicant holds a PA DEP license that is Wastewater Class C, D, or E or Subclassifications other than 1, then he/she must be able and willing to obtain a license for Class A or B with Subclassification 1 issued by PA DEP within six (6) months of being hired. Please provide a copy of your current PA DEP license with the application/resume. Professional references are required. 
Applicants having a wastewater operator license issued by another state that is equivalent to Pennsylvania’s requirements will be considered. Deadline for all applications resumes is Friday, April 5, 2024 at 3:00 pm.
