Our Route Drivers are valuable consumer facing associates who service **local** customers' breakrooms and facilities. We are seeking coffee lovers for route sales and delivery of office coffee and refreshments.
We offer a hands-on training program to ensure you're empowered with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to be successful in your role. **No CDL required, 5 day work week in local area.** This role supports our coffee and pantry operations.
**Responsibilities:**
* Running a pre-scheduled route of existing customer locations.
* Properly stocks and merchandises coffee stations at an assortment of customer location types.
* Interacts with customers and offering new and exciting products.
* Regularly cleans and maintains equipment on site following established protocols.
* Communicates customer or equipment-related concerns or issues to supervisor or technical service department as appropriate.
* Maintains professional appearance and attitude when interacting with customers in the field.
* Maintains a clean and organized route vehicle.
* Verifies the accuracy of product being delivered.
**Requirements:**
* One year of relevant customer sales or route sales experience preferred.
* Valid Drivers license and acceptable driving record, required.
* Must demonstrate effective and professional communication, passion for customer service, and organizational skills.
* Must be able to work independently, and as part of a team.
