Position: Senior Quality Engineer
Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000
Summary: The Senior Quality Engineer coordinates quality control and assurance across departments, leading process improvements and ensuring compliance with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and medical device validation for new products and changes, while managing corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.

Position: Senior Quality Engineer
Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000
Summary: The Senior Quality Engineer coordinates quality control and assurance across departments, leading process improvements and ensuring compliance with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and medical device validation for new products and changes, while managing corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate Automotive PPAP and Medical Validations for new and revised products, compiling reports and manuals.
- Review design documentation for quality compliance.
- Collaborate on dimensional inspection processes with Layout Tech and Project Engineer.
- Apply SPC methods for precise process evaluation.
- Address customer quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize structured problem-solving to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain quality instructions for manufacturing.
- Conduct internal audits for compliance assurance.
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field required.
- Minimum seven years of quality and manufacturing experience, preferably in injection molding.
- Proficient in statistical techniques application.
- Effective communication skills crucial.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards necessary.
- Knowledgeable in process validation and risk analysis.
- Ability to work independently and in multifunctional teams.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Proficient in algebra, geometry, SPC, and blueprint reading.
- Advanced computer skills required, experience with Minitab preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP software and CAD advantageous.
