Job Duties:

• Review the Shipping Dashboard for items that are available to pull/pack/ship
• Responsible for activities related to picking, packing, auditing, and shipping
• Assist the Shipping Department by pick, pack, audit, band, heat-shrink, and ship orders
• Operate forklift to safely and successfully ship LTL/full-load trucks
• Work with transportation providers daily to ensure timely deliveries
• Matching up paperwork for shipments
• Comply with all applicable OSHA, EPA, DOT, local regulatory laws, and company safety policies
• Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift driver qualification; preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Gmail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Good time management skills and excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed
• Extreme attention to detail when working with parts, counts, and pulls

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift light to medium weight up to 50 lbs.
• Ability sit, and stand for prolonged periods of time
• May stoop, bend, reach, walk; perform repetitive motions using hands to grasp, push, pull or do fine manipulations
