Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Guest Concierge here at Lamoille Valley Ford. As a Guest Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued guests, ensuring their experience at our dealership is seamless and memorable.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the dealership

- Assist guests with any inquiries, providing information about our vehicles, promotions, and services

- Utilize technology platforms to showcase vehicle features and options to guests

- Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience

- Provide support in completing paperwork and documentation for vehicle purchases or leases

- Follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns

- Assist with organizing and coordinating dealership events and promotions

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for social media platforms

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge and proficiency in using technology platforms and applications

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
