Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of their facility in Alpharetta.

We are committed to hiring a veteran who has the skills and experience required to lead a team of maintenance technicians in ensuring that our facility is always in top condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with a proven track record of success in leading and supervising a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of the facility, including the building, equipment, and grounds.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment is well-maintained and minimize downtime.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance work, including routine inspections, repairs, and upgrades.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and expenses.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure that maintenance needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide regular reports on maintenance activities to senior management.

Requirements:

• A veteran with a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient in the use of maintenance management software and Microsoft Office.
