Senior Cost Accountant | Hybrid

LHH Recruitment Solutions’ (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a longtime client near Salem, IN in the manufacturing space looking for a Sr. Cost Accountant for their plant nearby. This role will report to the Controller with a dotted line to the GM. This company has great plans for growth while promoting folks internally along the way.

Duties:

· Labor Reporting

· Inventory Cycle Counts

· P&L Ownership

· Standard Cost Accounting

· Month/Year End

· Financial Reporting

· CapEx Analysis

· Ensure GAAP Compliance

· Monthly Financial Statements

· Communication with GM

· Process Improvement for Cost Saving Initiative

Qualifications:

· Bachelors in Accounting

· At least 4 years progressive cost experience in a plant

· Large ERP Experience Required

· CMA or CPA preferred

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
