Express Employment is looking for a Backhoe Operator/Laborer (Bilingual Spanish/English Speaker)
Hours: Monday - Saturday/Sunday, 7:00AM - 7:00PM (12hours Shift)
Pay: $18-$20/hr DOE
Work Location: Chico, CA
Job Description:
- Operate a backhoe to excavate, load and transport materials.
- Maintains equipment in proper operating condition by performing simple preventive maintenance and
repair tasks such as making simple adjustments, replacing minor parts, and lubricating equipment. - Maintain compliance with all safety policies, procedures and regulations.
- Required to work with crew members when operating duties are not assign.
- Work cooperatively with the crew to accomplish tasks.
- Perform a variety of general labor task.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have 2-3 years of current experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
