Job Opportunity: Senior Survey Project Manager

Are you a skilled and experienced survey professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and manage diverse survey projects? We are seeking a Senior Survey Project Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in solving complex spatial challenges for our clients. If you are passionate about delivering accurate and reliable survey solutions and have a track record of successful project management, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:As a Senior Survey Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a range of survey projects, including but not limited to:

  • Assisting clients in defining property boundaries and locations
  • Guiding developers through land development processes
  • Creating detailed underground utility maps
  • Utilizing hydrographic survey technology to determine river and lake bottom elevations
  • Designing layouts for major subdivisions to optimize buildable lots
  • Conducting route surveys for engineering design

Tools We Use:You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and technologies that include:

  • Trimble scanners, robotic total stations, GPS, and TSC 7 Collectors
  • Drones for aerial surveying
  • Underground utility marking equipment and ground-penetrating radar
  • State-of-the-art survey trucks and modern offices equipped with the latest technology
  • Civil 3D software for advanced surveying and design

Projects You'll Work On Including:

  • Construction staking setups for diverse projects like coffee shops, residential subdivisions, and Interstate Highways
  • Energy-related surveys including ROW, Generation, Station, and Real Estate surveys
  • Boundary surveys to define property lines
  • Topographic surveys to map land features
  • Route surveys for engineering and infrastructure planning
  • ALTA surveys for property transactions
  • SUE (Subsurface Utility Engineering) surveys for utility mapping

Qualifications:

  • 5-15 years of professional survey experience
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Surveying (strongly preferred)
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Proficiency with surveying equipment and software
