Data and Mailing Specialist

Now hiring a data and mailroom specialist for a local commercial printing company in Beaver Dam. The data and mailing specialist will perform mail processing on customers’ data using mail specific software from start to finish. Experience in an administrative setting using Microsoft Office Suite is required! Applicants must have previous experience as a Data and Mailroom Specialist to be considered for this position.
 

Pay: $17-20/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am - 4pm
 

 What we're looking for:

• Excellent computer skills with multiple computer programs including Microsoft Office
• Ability to understand postal mailing regulations and requirements
• Ability to learn to read, analyze, and interpret general mailing reports, procedures
• Willingness to partner with the production team to get projects completed
• Reliability and determination to be a part of the team
