TN Moonshine Bar offers a simple menu of Sandwiches and Salads coupled with a TN Moonshine focused cocktail bar experience!

Shift Details:

Open availability to work an 8.5 hour shift between 3:30 am to 10 pm, on Friday & Saturday

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and prepare a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Focus on the guests and provide an exceptional guest experience
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor customer alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Ability to learn and be knowledgeable about menu offerings
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in working in a restaurant or food service environment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Current TABC permit or willingness to obtain one upon hire
• Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including long hours, weekends, holidays, with ability to stay to late or come in early during airport related weather delays and other emergency situations
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to twist, bend and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, racks and hooks as well as place items on floor, shelves, racks and hooks
• Ability to push/pull receiving equipment. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs at floor level and above shoulder height
• Ability to work at a safe and steady pace
• Must be able to pass a 10-year background check, and Airport Badging process
