Our Corsicana, TX plant is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. This person must possess impeccable character and integrity, be proficient in understanding residential construction systems, have a passion for building and maintaining high-performance teams, and communicate effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain the company’s rigorous quality standards
  
• Meet or exceed production quotas
  
• Train and onboard staff
  
• Maximize process flow effectiveness and efficiency
  
• Reduce downtime
  
• Maintain property, plant, and equipment
  
• Enforce safety protocols
  
• Facilitate weekly staff meetings
  
• Regularly mentor direct reports
  
• Highly driven, with a record for meeting and exceeding goals
  

• 3+ years management experience in operations, construction, warehousing, or another related field
  
• Skilled in construction and/or building
  
• Previous Barn/Shed experience is preferred
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales goals
