Currently looking to hire an experienced Production Manager to work locally within Bay Springs, Ms.
The rate of pay is depending on experience between $110k-$120k+. Potentially higher for the right candidate.
The schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional overtime depending on production needs.

Summary:
As our Production Manager, you will be a key player in the manufacturing and assembly environment. This role will require you to oversee area aspects of production, including scheduling, quality control, and production associates. You will be responsible for ensuring that all production operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting both internal and external quality standards.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of a production area, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
* Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production capacity.
* Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
* Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available for production.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions, and lead initiatives to implement these changes.
* Collaborate with other department heads to align production activities with overall company goals and objectives.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
* Manage a team of Group Leaders, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback as needed.
* Prepare and present regular reports on production activities and performance to General Manager.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Production Manager working within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
* If lacking management experience, working within a lead production coordinator capacity will be accepted. (5 years)
* Background within manufacturing is required (welding manufacturing experience is beneficial).
* If not local, a relocation package will be offered and relocating to the area will be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
