Role Overview:

As a Design Desk Coordinator, you'll embark on a transformative journey at the intersection of technology, sales, and client engagement. You'll master the intricacies of client solutions, from hardware specifications to software integrations, setting the stage for a seamless transition into a pivotal technical support role within our team at the right time.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Solutions Collaboration: Research and design hardware/software solutions to meet client project needs.

Sales Support Partnership: Aid our sales team in achieving targets through technical support and solution-oriented proposals.

Strategic Planning with vCIO: Assess client requirements, driving proposal generation and managing critical deadlines.

Procurement Mastery: Oversee equipment acquisitions, licensing, and warranty renewals to ensure project success.

Technical Savvy: Stay ahead of industry trends, maintaining expertise in our offerings and the wider tech landscape.

Relationship Building Mastery: Cultivate lasting connections with key clients and partners, establishing yourself as a trusted technical advisor.

Workflow Optimization: Harness the power of ConnectWise Sell and Manage to enhance proposal creation and project execution efficiency.

Efficiency Tools: Utilize ConnectWise Sell and Manage for streamlined proposal and project management.
