CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Community Bridges is currently seeking a **Driver/ Peer Support** for our residential treatment program in Holbrook

**Responsibilities**

* Our Drivers assist with safely transporting patients throughout the Holbrook community. Applicants need to be extremely flexible in their schedules.

**Requirements**

* High School diploma or better

* Must be over 21 years of age. Knowledge of computer and typing skills.

* Must have a flexible schedule.

* Must possess a valid Arizona drivers license with good driving history.

* Must have a clear 39 month MVR record and must be able to present MVR report at time of interview.

* Must have a level one fingerprint clearance card and must be able to present card at time of interview.
