Shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• Experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license in hand at the time of application.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Previous perm staff must be gone for 2 years before they are eligible to return in a traveler capacity. No exceptions.

Artificial nails are not allowed for any travelers. Failure to adhere could result in being sent home and/or terminated if policy is not followed.

Guaranteed 40 hours per week

On call requirement 2-3 nights per week and every third weekend. Sat/Sun Weekends 0700-0700. On call: Monday - Friday 1530 - 0700 (ave 15 days per month but as add perm staff the call days will go down)

Holidays: Covered by call 7-7 call

Previous perm candidates must be gone for 2 years

Previous travelers there for 1 full year must be gone for 2 years

Travel teams must be submitted together in 1 email

We are only permitted to submit 2 candidates per opening, if the position is at max, we will hold on to the submission if a spot opens up

cases per day on average: Some days as few as 2 up to 9 (ave 4-5)

EMR/Equipment: Cupid (EPIC & dynamics System is Xper)

Scrubs are Provided

Could be floated to Non-Invasive CV at times to start IV’s

Common cases(IR &Cath lab): All Cardiac Adults (peripher, catrd cath PCI, devices, only adults)

Additional Notes: ICD, pacers, not EP no ablations

Must have experience with IABP, IVUS.
