Bilingual Grain Facility Supervisor (Relocation Eligible)

Objective:This team member will actively manage to the daily operations and supervision of multiple grain facilities by driving efficiency and managing quality all while leading Customer Service for our farmer & business partners.

Location: Multi-facility company with operations in the St. Paul, MN area.

Responsibilities:

• Facility operations including: inbound grain (truck), grades, weights, storage, mix & blend, drying, proper handling, conditioning, & load-out
• Assist in daily supervision of operations employees & backup Ops Manager in their absence
• Keep monitor of grain condition to ensure proper quality and maintain quantity (reduce shrink)
• Maintain ops metrics by providing accurate & timely reports required
• 5S, maintenance, housekeeping, & other daily tasks
• Understand all company-specific safety policies & procedures
• Represent yourself & your team in a professional manner at all times
• Self-motivated has ability to make decisions and clearly follow instructions without constant supervision
• Ability to help other business units ad hoc

Qualifiers:

• Spanish & English speaker
• Facility supervisory experience (grain preferred)
• Federal Grain Inspection Licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable with heavy equipment operation (tractors, trucks, etc)
• Mechanical experience and general ability
• Valid U.S. Drivers License with a good driving record
