We are looking for several motivated General Education Elementary Teachers to work in our school in a full-time role for the 2023 to 2024 school year.

We are currently staffing the following positions at our school:

• 5th grade English Language Arts Teacher
• 4th grade Mathematics Teacher
• 5th grade Science Teacher

Responsibilities:

• Always represent the school in an upstanding and professional manner, acting as a role model to students for good behavior, a studious mentality, a hardworking ethic, and sound moral and ethical values.
• Formulate and execute lesson plans that teach students approved curriculum in the designated area of your field.
• Facilitate the development of students by helping them learn how to appropriately interact with one another, municate efficiently and effectively, and develop proper classroom etiquette.
• Analyze students to evaluate their abilities, strengths, and weaknesses in the classroom, and municate with parents or guardian about their childs progress.
• Prepare the students for standardized testing required by the State of Illinois.
• Evaluate student assignments, assessments, quizzes, and exams.
• Supervise the students inside and outside of the classroom, including lunch, recess, or after-school pick-up.
• Other duties may be assigned by administration if deemed necessary.

Requirements:

• Active State of Illinois Educator Licensure
• Prior experience teaching in a school setting
• Previous experience in the field in which you are applying
