Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their needs. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction with Golight’s products and services. Market Analysis: Identify market trends, competitors, and opportunities. Use this information to formulate sales strategies and stay ahead of industry developments. Team Collaboration: Work closely with everyone on the Golight team, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach. Collaborate with team members to maximize overall company success. Travel: Regularly visit clients, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows as needed. Willingness to travel to meet with clients and prospects within the assigned territory is needed. Reporting and Analysis: Utilize computer skills to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends. Provide regular reports and analysis for strategic decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is preferred but not disqualifying. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a personable and outgoing demeanor. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. Willingness to travel.
