Responsibilities and Duties
- A clear understanding of HVAC
- Customer Service - Customer Service - Customer Service.
- Greet technicians in a positive professional manner in person and on the phone.
- Assist the technician by timely clarifying their needs and filling their orders.
- Place, arrange, and maintain inventory in the warehouse and display area.
- Place any inventory orders for out of stock parts for technicians
- Perform any and all physical requirements necessary to move and lift inventory.
- Operate efficiently warehouse material handling equipment.
- Assist with warehouse duties.
- Maintain very accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Stay up-to-date on all products through self-study and attending product training classes.
- All other assigned duties.
- Daily audits of HVAC jobs to verify accuracy.
- Filing warranty claims in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 year of HVAC experience is preferred but will train the right individual.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience in a large-scale, warehouse/distribution center environment is preferred, but not required. Forklift experience preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to stand for shift duration, lift, push, pull, and move items up to 100lbs using proper safety methods
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexible Saturday hours.
- Customer Service Driven.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Clean, neat, professional appearance, and attitude.
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.
- Strong computer skills required.
