Responsibilities and Duties

  • A clear understanding of HVAC
  • Customer Service - Customer Service - Customer Service.
  • Greet technicians in a positive professional manner in person and on the phone.
  • Assist the technician by timely clarifying their needs and filling their orders.
  • Place, arrange, and maintain inventory in the warehouse and display area.
  • Place any inventory orders for out of stock parts for technicians
  • Perform any and all physical requirements necessary to move and lift inventory.
  • Operate efficiently warehouse material handling equipment.
  • Assist with warehouse duties.
  • Maintain very accurate records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station.
  • Stay up-to-date on all products through self-study and attending product training classes.
  • All other assigned duties.
  • Daily audits of HVAC jobs to verify accuracy.
  • Filing warranty claims in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 year of HVAC experience is preferred but will train the right individual.
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Experience in a large-scale, warehouse/distribution center environment is preferred, but not required. Forklift experience preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Must be able to stand for shift duration, lift, push, pull, and move items up to 100lbs using proper safety methods
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexible Saturday hours.
  • Customer Service Driven.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Clean, neat, professional appearance, and attitude.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills required.
