About the Job:

The Property Manager will be responsible for managing our community. This includes, but is not limited to, enforcing onsite rules and regulations, ensuring all team members are aware of and comply with policies and operational procedures, providing customer service to all staff, visitors, and guests, monitoring monthly expenses, and overseeing capital expenditure improvements.

  • Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing our RV Park.
  • Work with our campground software for reservations/check in's of new guests.
  • Respond to all guest inquiries in a timely fashion.
  • Responsible for petty cash and cash drawer are always accounted for properly.
  • Partner with Marketing on all marketing materials for the property
  • Ensure all team members are aware of and comply with policies and operational procedures.
  • Enforce park's rules & regulations.
  • Monitor monthly expenses.
  • Keep account receivable's down and ensure collection process is being followed.
  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local agencies that regulate fair housing laws and park operations.
  • Market park-owned models, for sale as well as prepare flyers to list and sell home(s).
  • Oversee capital expenditure improvements.
Experience/Skills Required:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Asset or Property Management.
  • Flexible with work hours, including occasional weekends.
  • Ability to actively walk through the park and facilities while performing work duties.
  • Highschool Diploma or GED required.
  • Great communication skills a must.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Familiar with Rent Manager management software or willingness to quickly learn.
