Wellness Attendant - Meyers Lake and Eric Snow YMCA

In search of:

A motivated, encouraging, part-time health and wellness professional at the Meyers Lake and Eric Snow Family YMCA dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and fitness levels reach their total well-being goals using fun and engaging strategies.

Availability:

• Various openings throughout the day
• Ability to sub other shifts for both branches

Qualifications:

Candidate must be able to provide service to members in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes healthy well-being and engagement

• Experience working with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions and perceptions.
• Background in exercise science or related field preferred, CPR and first-aid certified or willing to obtain after hire.
  
• Ability to work various shifts throughout the week.

Responsibilities:

• Build effective relationships with members
• Maintain knowledge of wellness trends
• Ensure safe environment, functioning exercise equipment, and monitor wellness center as directed
• Take initiative to help members reach their goals

Hourly Rate:

$10.75
