JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Division Director - Case Management

DIV RN DIR - CCM

Full-Time

Division Director candidate for the Case Management Division will have the following job responsibilities:

• Provides leadership to and actively participates with facility staff to identify, implement, or enhance Case Management programs consistent with HCA and facility strategy
• Disseminates information accurately and timely with multiple audiences; leads regularly scheduled communication sessions with facility CM Directors
• Identifies process improvement opportunities; develops, implements, monitors, and revises action plans
• Identifies potential best-demonstrated practices to explore implementation.
• Identifies opportunities to establish standards and policies.
• Collaborates with key stakeholders at corporate and division to explore development.
• Facilitates Case Management education within the division; assists with orientation and ongoing education of Case Management staff, provides education
• Identifies and proposes opportunities to improve current technology or identify new technology to enhance performance and productivity.

Division Director candidate for the Case Management Division must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration * NEED TO BE AN RN
• 5+ years' of RECENT ACUTE CARE Experience in Case Management Leadership, within a large multi-hospital system
• 7+ years overall Clinical Case Management experience
• Registered Nurse - Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation. Certification in Case Management.
• Case Management Leadership experience Director or above
• Must be willing to live in Market & travel to facilities (on the road or overnight)
• Must have large multi-facility acute care experience

Salary Range:125,800-160,000 ( Based on years of experience)
