Compensation: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually, with UNCAPPED potential for top performers.

Position Summary:

As an HVAC service technician, you will conduct maintenance and repairs on various residential and light commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems per company standards, ensuring a top-notch customer experience. Provide valuable feedback to the Service Manager on technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair experience in residential or commercial settings.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• The ability to follow directions, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• EPA certification & TDLR License
• Service Titan experience, or the ability to learn new software easily.
