We are looking for a part-time (30 hours) Daycare Aide for our Roosevelt Children's Center to aide teachers in all classroom aspects throughout day and assisting children adjust to the classroom environment.

A Day in the Life As A Daycare Aide:

• Aides in planning and implementing programs for each child in areas of cognition, gross/fine motor skills, social skills and behavior management skills
• Assists in the preparation of classroom materials, daily room cleaning and organizing
• Participates in weekly planning with the classroom team
• Assists with diapering, toileting, and feeding children
• Responsible for insuring the safety and security of all children in the classroom
• Other duties as assigned

Day Care Aide Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED

Day Care Aide Schedule:

• Monday through Friday (11 am to 5:30 pm)
