What does our Band Manager do?

Flame, a high-energy American cover band dedicated to inspiring people with disabilities through music, is in search of a Band Manager who can connect with each band member, elevating their skills and bringing out the best in them. We're searching for someone who can smoothly bring together everything from fine-tuning vocal ranges to mastering music equipment and perfecting stage presence, to create an unforgettable band experience.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Music Education or related field is required.
• 3-5 years' experience working with musicians required.
• Experience working with people with disabilities preferred.
• Flexibility to accommodate regular evening and weekend hours, as well as occasional overnight travel is required.
