Busser/ Food Runner

MMI Hotel Group is now managing Fontana Village located in the beautiful Smoky Mountains and is under new ownership who plan on making the lodge a destination for families, groups and outdoor enthusiasts. Fontana Village is now hiring for bussers and food runners! 

As the Food Runner you will be responsible for assisting servers with timely and friendly service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests; creating an atmosphere in which guests feel service is of the highest standards and wherein expectations are not only met but exceeded. 

If you are dedicated to providing outstanding guest service by developing knowledge of all menu items; completing opening and closing duties as necessary and can work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays this could be the job for you. 

Please note that you will be working for the ownership group, Fontana Ventures, LLC and the benefits will differ from those listed on MMI Hotel Group's webpage.
