Job DescriptionCompany Description
We are seeking Childcare Assistant Teachers to join our team! Hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Create a fun and safe learning environment
- Assist Lead Teacher in following schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children and parents
- Provide adequate supervision to maintain the health and safety of all children
- Change diapers and/or assist older children with bathroom and self care needs
Qualifications:
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to build rapport with children
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
