NOAH is a 6-month-old Lhasa Apso rescue (large) puppy (17 lbs). I have had him two months. He will graduate from Puppy Kindergarten this week. He has all his shots and has been checked by a vet three weeks ago. Hes scheduled to be neutered in about 10 days. Im elderly and have arthritis in my knees and unable to exercise him adequately. NOAH is not aggressive and needs a person that will walk him and ask him to respect the necessary boundaries.
