Description:

manages Leave of Absence programs for 1800+ employees while also maintaining up to date knowledge of the most current laws and regulations pertaining to leaves, workers’ compensation, OSHA, and other state and federal programs. The manager provides guidance on the interpretation of HR policies, federal and state employment law compliance, with the ability to manage. Reporting to the SVP of Human Resources, this position is in a dynamic, hands-on environment requiring strong communication and leadership skills supporting management, peers and employees.
