The On-Call Triage Registered Nurse is responsible for providing nursing care to individuals and their families in the home, as needed.

Provide telephone support for after hour triage as needed.
Start-of-Cares/Re-Visits. The role conducts the initial home care assessment and/or re-visit with skilled nursing care and teaching to individuals and their families in their homes during the hours that you are on call. The Start-of-Care/Re-Visit Nurse/Triage Nurse works with other Nightingale team members and the patient’s care providers; without providing Case Management for the patient.
This is one week on/one week off on call rotation. Monday to Monday. Then off Monday to Monday. Then on Monday to Monday.
You will cover Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,Friday overnights. Then all day Saturday and all day Sunday.

Pay: $700/Week that you are on call plus you are paid for patient visits that are performed

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year Acute Care Nursing Experience
Registered nurse license in good standing
Current CPR, TB, Fingerprint Card
Current AZ driver's license and auto insurance
Ability to work independently
Must be available every other week and weekend
