Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join our school system's dynamic team. As an SLPA, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive speech and language services to students with communication disorders. Your expertise and guidance will empower students to improve their communication skills, enhance their overall academic performance, and thrive in their educational journey.

Qualifications:

  • Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant.
  • Prior experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of various communication disorders and therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.
  • Ability to conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology and speech therapy software for assessment, documentation, and therapy purposes.
