Structural Engineer

Summary: Structural Engineer needed for precast design, ensuring structural integrity and leading project design teams.

Job Requirements:

• Experience with precast design.

• Ability to review calculations and drawings for approval to stamp as appropriate.

• Proficiency in interpreting Architectural/Structural plans and performing required calculations.

• Experience overseeing a project design team and managing project milestones.

• Proven track record of identifying potential issues with project schedules and quality, and proposing solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering or a comparable ABET accredited degree.

• Professional Engineering Licensure.

• 10+ years of experience in precast design is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure safe structures, working conditions, quality products, service, and customer satisfaction by collaborating with all company departments.

• Accountable for the successful delivery of project designs to internal and external customers.

• Offer guidance on unfamiliar designs and take responsibility for finding the best solutions with the team.

• Lead collaborative efforts with internal departments to optimize solutions.

Additional Information:

• ITAR Work Regulations compliance required.

• US Citizenship or Green Card holder status necessary; no sponsorship available for OPT/EAD/F1, H1B, or TN Visa holders.

• Standard work week: Monday - Friday, first shift.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
