Vaccine Crew Worker job details include:
Pay: $16/hr.
Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm
Essential tasks:
- Help remove hens that are injured from nesting boxes.
- May maneuver a pushcart along breeder house aisles to collect birds for relocation - Walk through breeder house to do training of birds.
- Transfer birds from ranch locations and assist in the vaccine schedule for flocks.
- Wash and disinfect drinkers daily and replenish drinkers throughout the day to ensure continuous fresh drinking water for the birds.
- Maintain breeder house living conditions by monitoring and troubleshooting issues with feed lines, drinkers, fans, barns, appearance, nest doors, etc.
- Identify and treat any birds that may feel sick.
- Perform manual tasks working outdoors and in seasonal conditions.
The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
