Patient Scheduler - Part-time

Job Description:

Candidate will anticipate accepting high volumes of inbound phone calls via work que. This person will specifically be scheduling for radiology procedures. Must be flexible to also be trained on insurance verification. Candidates must understand this might NOT be only patient scheduling and they may have to learn other tasks.

A Day in the Role:

·      Accept high volume inbound calls using work que

·      Schedule patient appointments, confirming patient demographics

·      Adhere to HIPAA laws and regulations

·      Will be expected to work 17-18 accounts per day
