Roofing and Exterior Sales Consultant

M&M Home Remodeling Services is seeking a dynamic Residential Sales Consultant to join our team to sell exterior remodeling solutions (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors). If you have a proven track record in sales, are entrepreniual, strong willed, sociable and are self-motivated to excel in the field of exterior remodeling, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Self-Generating Sales Activities: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities through self-generated activities, such as networking, canvassing, and attending community events. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.

• Consultative Selling: Understand homeowners' needs and aspirations. Provide expert advice on our exterior remodeling services, including roofing, siding, windows, and more. Tailor solutions to meet each customer's unique requirements.

• Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. Consistently strive to maximize your earning potential through commission-based compensation.

• Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong, lasting relationships with customers. Ensure their satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.

• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings. Continuously enhance your knowledge to effectively educate customers.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or remodeling industry.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to work off comission only sales model.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Adept at building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Technical aptitude to understand and explain exterior remodeling products and services.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
