Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing HVAC/Plumbing estimates for new construction and renovation
- Presenting bids to clients
- Assisting with the daily supervision and operation of HVAC/Plumbing commercial construction projects
- Generating new business leads
- Extensive experience and knowledge in HVAC/Plumbing mechanical construction
- Large and small project commercial estimating experience, contracts ranging from $10,000.00 to $2,000,000.00
- Strong customer service experience
- Field experience preferred but not required
