Fire Protection Specialist - Sales Route Compensation/Benefits
- $40,000 base salary plus commission
- 1st shift: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
- Direct hire opportunity, you start directly on our clients payroll on day one
- Competitive Pay, 401K/Profit Sharing, Medical Insurance, Paid Time off and Holidays
- Inspection, installation and repair of kitchen fire suppression systems, from various manufacturers.
- Identification of NFPA code and non-conformance issues
- On site emergency troubleshooting and repairs
- Maintaining inspection and repair documentation on all work performed
- Complete monthly work orders/tickets that are assigned to your specific territory.
- Must have the ability to identify any fire extinguishers that need a six-year internal or a twelve-year hydro test and swap them out with a certified fire extinguisher. (Training will be provided)
- Motivated to sell Fire Extinguishers, Fire Suppression Systems, fire safety training, and any other accessories that fall in the sales realm of the Fire Division.
- Assist the Senior Installer on any System Installs within your territory when needed.
- Maintain vehicle according to manufacturer’s recommendations/wash exterior on weekly basis and keep orderly interior along with inventory of tools
- Attend monthly Division meetings including training and sales expectations
- Must be able to clean, fill, and certify Fire Extinguishers in the shop if needed.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. above waist
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
- Minimum 2-year Fire Protection Experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
