Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Technician in Butler, Indiana. This is a direct-hire position on the 2nd or 3rd shift and the pay rate is $27-30 per hour, depending on experience.
*Experience Needed:*
* At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
* Strong mechanical skill sets including troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes
* Experience welding and fabrication of parts
* Strong preventive maintenance experience and the ability to complete work orders in a timely manner
* Experience with PLC troubleshooting is preferred using Rockwell software
* Electrical experience including wiring and replacing motors, motor controls, troubleshooting of 3 phase electrical circuits. VFD experience is helpful
* Strong understanding of drawings, schematics and blueprints
