Regular Full-time, Overnight Weekend Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Shifts:
On-Call after hours 4:30pm to 8:00am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Salary:
Guaranteed 30 hours of pay
The Weekend Overnight On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) provides PRN after hours visits, with some scheduled evening visits to home health and hospice patients. Initial contact and triage handled by on-call clinical triage company prior to escalating to the Weekend Overnight On-Call Registered Nurse (RN). Enjoy a flexible, autonomous shift where you can use your clinical strengths.

Your Responsibilities for the Weekend Overnight On-Call Registered Nurse (RN):
Ability to triage all agency patient (home health and hospice) related phone calls
Complete all patient communication related documentation utilizing patient EMR
Collaborate and communicate effectively with other team members/program managers
Provide home health and hospice visits in patient homes and facilities
Travel throughout entire service area
Other duties as assigned
What You Will Need for the Weekend Overnight On-Call Registered Nurse (RN):
Proof of Flu Vaccine (October – April)
Current NH RN license
Minimum 2 years of health care experience required
Home Care experience beneficial, although we will train the right individual
Telephone triage experience preferred
Automobile insurance
Physical within the last year
Two-step TB test
