Shipping & Receiving Lead

As the Shipping and Receiving Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the shipping and receiving operations of our printing orders. Responsible for ensuring the efficient handling, packaging, and delivery of printing orders, while maintaining accuracy and adherence to quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Oversee the daily shipping and receiving activities, including receiving incoming shipments, processing outgoing orders, and managing inventory levels.

• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of orders to meet customer deadlines.
• Monitor the workflow and adjust staffing levels as needed to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Identify any discrepancies or issues and take corrective action to resolve them promptly.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the shipping and receiving team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
