We are looking for motivated and charismatic drivers to join our local Krew. We're looking to fill full- and part-time positions. Drivers must be at least 18 years old. This is a fast-paced and fun job in a growing company where each day will never be like the last. We participate in a wide variety of local activities, such as school events, sports, games, tournaments, large festivals, concerts, corporate events, neighborhood get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other unique events.

Travelin' Tom's Coffee drivers need to have flexible schedules with a focused priority on meeting the needs of our customers. If you consistently ask for more hours, step up to fill in for others when needed, and want to make a lot of money then working here is a perfect fit. Working with children is non-negotiable.

Travelin' Tom's Coffee Driver Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment and work well with other team members
• Drive safely to scheduled events and greet customers courteously
• Provide superior service to clients and customers with speed and accuracy
• Comply with the hygiene, health, and sanitation guidelines
• Perform basic cleaning of trucks/warehouse
• Complete beginning- and end-of-shift prepping and stocking
• Must be able to read, count, and accurately complete documentation
• Communicate maintenance & inventory needs to appropriate staff
• Year-round season, with full and part-time positions.

Job Duties:

• Taking Customer orders
• Preparing Travelin' Tom's coffee and other drinks
• Serving customers with a smile and Exceptional Service
• Charging customers for their order and processing payments - includes handling cash, credit cards, and a cash register
• Perform cleaning duties such as cleaning inside of the truck, washing dishes, and removing any trash or debris surrounding the Travelin' Tom's Unit.
• Stocking supplies, such as cups, lids, and coffee beans
• Greeting customers and answering questions
• Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their Travelin' Tom's beverage and take action to correct any problems.
• Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction..

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week

Experience:

• Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)
• Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Must have a valid Driver's License, a Minimum of two years driving experience & clean record.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
• Must have a reliable source of transportation
• Weekend availability and Flexible schedule - must be able to work weekends and holidays. Hours vary from week to week. Some days will be 5 hours some days can be as long as 10 hours depending on the events for the day. Mandatory Holidays - Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day
• Drivers must be comfortable driving and parking a large vehicle. The truck is about the size of an ambulance.
