About this job
Express Employment has an immediate need for a Food Safety Administrator/Coordinator. Position is Temporary and will be about 2 months. Position requires at least 2 years of current experience.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00/Hour
Work Location: Oroville, Ca
Work Hours: M-F 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Work hours may vary
Job Duties:
• Enter and review FSQ documents related to specifications, pre-requisite programs, and supplier documentation
• Data entry from paper records into electronic forms
• Review and update SOP and Policy documents
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Current 2 years of experience
• Basic understanding of food safety required. HACCP, GMPs
• Knowledge of certifications like organic, kosher, non-gmo, preferred
• Experience with TraceGrains preferred
