Peak Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Marketing Assistant who will report to the Marketing Director and will provide creative and administrative support for the marketing team’s current initiatives.

Our ideal candidate will be a team player with a kind spirit and an ability to maintain organization and meet deadlines. This person will have some creative talent and be able to cultivate professional relationships within the community.

Job Responsibilities: 

·         Provide 40 hours per week of support to the marketing department through administrative and creative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of key initiatives

·         Work with the marketing team to infuse our branding, mission, and core values into all aspects of marketing

·         Develop and execute marketing campaigns  

·         Perform market and patient research  

·         Create reports on marketing performance with data-driven recommendations 

·         Create & maintain schedules for marketing initiatives  

·         Assist with social media and website content

·         Attend and participate in community events, company events, job fairs, etc.  

·         Create, organize, and distribute marketing collateral and promotional materials

·         Data entry and analysis  

·         Reporting on success by monitoring key metrics  

·         Assisting in the distribution of subscriber newsletter and general marketing information  

·         Contributing to internal reports  

·         Responding to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media  

Qualifications/Skills: 

·         Strong written and verbal communication and writing skills  

·         High level of organization and attention to detail  

·         Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment  

·         Thrives in a collaborative environment

·         Excellent knowledge and proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

·         Beginner to intermediate level experience with Canva

·         Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts  

·         Excellent time management skills  

·         Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities  

·         Ability to spot emerging trends  

·         Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing, and search engines  

·         Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills  

·         Customer-orientated approach 

Minimum Requirements: 

·         High School diploma or GED certificate  

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)  

·         Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)  

Considered a plus, but not required:

·         Video editing experience  

·         Experience with Adobe products
