ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Familiarity with the Uniform Building Code requirements for nonresidential occupancies.
- Ability to interpret contract documents for inspection and compliance verification.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must possess a driver's license, have reliable transportation, and be able to work autonomously.
- Some travel required.
