- Hire, train, and manage employees
- Create work schedules
- Educate employees on safety guidelines and reduce on-the-job accidents and injuries
- Ensure customer needs are met
- Ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner and customers are satisfied
- Manage inventory levels
- Communicate with employees and customers to ensure all areas of the company are working together cohesively
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous experience in retail, hardware, construction is preferred
- Computer skills
