JENNMAR Services, a staffing company specializing in employee placement for the energy industry, is currently seeking Experienced Underground Coal Miners for the Somerset, PA and Grantsville, MD areas. These are full-time positions with competitive salary and benefits available.
Benefits for Experienced (Black Hat) and Inexperienced (Red Hat) Miners:
- $22/hr RH
- $28/hr BH
- Health, Dental, Vision

Job Responsibilities for Experienced (Black Hat) and Inexperienced (Red Hat) Miners:
- General labor
- Roller and screen changes
- Belt work
- Overcasts
- Seal preparation
- Scoop operating
- Bolting
- Other laborer duties as required
Job Requirements Experienced (Black Hat) and Inexperienced (Red Hat) Miners:
- Underground PA or WV Experienced Miner or Apprentice Miner Certification in state of PA or WV required
- Valid Driver's License
- Able to work any shifts, including weekends and holidays required.
- Ability to pass background and drug & alcohol testing required.
