REQUIREMENTS:
PAY RATE: $40.00-$45.00/Hourly Salary (compensation will be dependent on the individual’s qualifications, education, skills, and experience.)
JOB LOCATION: On-Site at the Saranac Lake Field Office (and some NYS travel).
*This is a long term immediate need.*

REQUIREMENTS:
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Prior construction management experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with the Uniform Building Code requirements for nonresidential occupancies.
- Ability to interpret contract documents for inspection and compliance verification.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Able to work autonomously.
