Currently we are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team and be an essential part of our manufacturing team. This person will be responsible for maintaining the yard and facility grounds to keep a good appearance. We are willing to train the right candidate. We are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus!

Your Role in Our Mission:
- Mow the yard using a riding lawnmower or tractor.
- Trim and edge around sidewalks, flower beds, and walls.
- Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizer.
- Prune/trim trees and shrubs.
- Clean lawn debris with rake, shovel, and blower.
- Keep the grounds free from trash, litter, and debris.
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Snow removal.
- 1 year of experience preferred in lawn maintenance.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- Know how to use hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain a positive sense of teamwork, including the ability to maintain regular attendance.
