Customer Service Rep needed ASAP!!

New insulation company coming to Warrenton, GA needs a Customer Service Representative ASAP!!

You will be the contact point for new and existing clients alike to take in orders.

Responsibilities:

 Communicating with customers, order intake, order entry in the system, Order printing

 Communicating with Shipping Receiving on customer orders and inventory

 Administrative duties such as filing, faxing, emailing, others

 Customer order return authorization and credit document processing

 Inbound shipments receiving of materials in the system

 Invoicing of orders shipped in a timely fashion

 Other clerical duties as needed

 Interacting with customers on daily basis

​Qualifications:

 Completion of High School

 Ability to read and write English

 Minimum 1 year customer service experience
